We had a great property investor and developer networking event on Monday 5 December at Club Parramatta - thanks to Richard Williams for organising this regular event.
Below is a photo from one of the recent events. Listening to development stories from people at these events is always interesting and motivating.
Many are building houses on newly purchased land, while others are purchasing big blocks, demolishing existing structures on the land, rezoning the land, then building multiple town houses on the block to increase value and selling some for significant profit (while keeping some for increased rental income).
Great to see Kelvin Mason and Shashi Varnakulasingam again and also meet some new faces including Raghu Sharma who are working on some interesting development projects.
