Vacancy Rates have been released by PropertyDirector for June 2024 - rental vacancies are trending upwards for Sydney

PropertyDirector has just released vacancy rates for June 2024 across all Australian postcodes.


The data clearly shows that vacancy rates in Sydney appear to be trending up again following super tight rental vacancies in recent times.


Check out the report below showing rental vacancy rates for 6 suburb postcodes we picked for Sydney NSW, located in different Metropolitan locations in Sydney.


All of the vacancy rates have gone up compared to the previous quarter.


2025 (Woolhara - Sydney East) - 4.65% (up from 1.77% in March 2024)

 2095 (Manly - Sydney North East) - 2.53% (up from 2.53% in March 2024)

 2154 (Castle Hill - Sydney North West) - 2.1% (up from 1.81% in March 2024)

 2200 (Bankstown - Sydney South West) - 0.82% (up from 0.7% in March 2024)

 2230 (Cronulla - Sydney South) - 2.03% (up from 0.93% in March 2024)

 2095 (Penrith - Sydney West) - 0.76% (up from 0.65% in March 2024)
