We had a great property investors meetup yesterday at Wentworthville Leagues Club with a fantastic turnout. At one point there were 20+ people. Even a young toddler joined us.
Excellent to see our great business partners EquityRise (equityrise.com.au) join us at the meetup, and provide some unique perspectives.
Key topics discussed was (of course) the interest rate hikes, sky rocketing rents, and different strategies to exit certain markets in Australia and suitable timings to re-enter markets once we see some significant price falls.
